I ordered the trial pack and was not happy with the results I phoned 866 989 8946 and advised the operator that I was not happy with the product and I wanted to cancel. I have now received another pack and you have charged my credit card, how do I cancel this????

I am so, so frustrated and mad. I have tried to cancel the free trial and I have absoluteley no way of contacting anyone. I am aware that it is coming up to the end of my trial period and have no phone number that works or e-mail address. I have searched for hours, trying to find a way of making contact with someone to cancel any future payments. I have spoke with my bank and they have said there is little they can do. This is literally day light robbery and a huge huge scam. I just want to know that no money will be taken from my account without my authorisation especially coming up to christmas I really can’t afford to be charged I wish some one could tell me how to get in touch with this con of a company…I can honestly say I WILL NEVER FALL FOR THIS AGAIN!!
I have been reading some of the comments on the free trial size offer I ordered and nowhere does it say I will be receiving any more bottles or that there will be any more charges other than than original 2.95 for shipping. I am now afraid of future charges and want to make sure there will not be any. I do not want any more bottles or charges for this item. I also could not find a number to call as well.

hello to all of you people, i to was a victim of being charged twice for the product and not being able to reach anyone. I was able to reach a live person at 800-659-3588. that was last year so i hope that this number would be of any help to any of you that are still having a hard time contacting them. I personally know how it feel because it happen to me until i recieve a email of the 4.95 shipping charged that was originally sent to me to confirm the order and this number was on the email that i recieve and i was able to contact them.
