I received the free trial by UPS within one week from the order. Three weeks later I was charged $82.71 for the next supply which was supposed to be received the following month. I immediately cancelled my order and was told to send back to them what was left from the initial order and then they will process the refund. The refund was supposed to take 4-weeks. It has been more than 4-weeks and not I am told that there is technical difficulties. Whatever you do read the Terms and Conditions, and do not order from website www.acaiherbal.com. In the Terms and Conditions--which of course I didn't read--it says that if you return the pills within 14 days of purchase, your order will be cancelled. I RECEIVED my order 19 days after placing my order. My debit card has already been charged one for $79.95 and will continue to charged that amount every month. The company is in the West Indies. I think they put sand in the pills. Now I have to get a new card and change all my auto pay accounts to a new card. SO BEWARE.
