I was only going onces a week and know I am going 2-3 time a day. I cancelled the product.. They wold not refund me because they said it was the initial cost.. In their terms and conditions it says the will refund you once no matter what.. Now the guy on the phone told me they couldnt because that was my trail period, which I signed up for the free trial just pay shipping.. In total it cost me 130 dollars.. For a product that didnt work at all! And now they will not return my phone calls.. My advice is dont buy this product..
