I was billed ($87.47) for a TRIAL! (for two items costing $3.87 for one and $4.79 for the other item). One of the items I NEVER recieved at all. I called customer service and was told I could NOT get refund,then spoke to Supervisor Isaac Jacobs and He said I WOULD get full refund due to calling within time frame (I had my bank on other phone as witness to conversation & told Mr. jacobs this) and Mr Jacobs also said he would email me confirmation of the refund and cancellation. I have NOT recieved this email as yet nor have I recieved confirmation of cancellation. I AM EXTREMELY PISSED OFF. I didnt mark any stars due to the POOR rating you don’t even deserve a fourth of a star. I did recv. the colothin, and tried it as directed, I GAINED 4.5 lbs in 2 days. I did NOT change my daily habits either.

This company is a complete consumer fraud!!! I signed up for a free trial of ONE product, and was then billed for 4 different offers. When I called the customer service numbers for each charge on my credit card, they said I was automatically enrolled for their product via THIS free trial offer and that it was “in the fine print.” The deceptive measures taken by this company should be investigated by the consumer fraud department. DO NOT order the products, DO NOT sign up for the free trial. They basically pass your credit card information around to other companies who then try to charge you every month for “enrollment” or “transaction” fees. Its a huge consumer scam! And the products are crap- if they worked, they wouldn’t need to FRAUDULENTLY charge people for them.
I too have been scammed by this company. I placed a complaint with the Florida Attorney-General. I have had the situation where all the contact numbers are disconnected. I initially contacted the Australian customer service number, disconnected, emailed billing@FMWLabs.com (as per terms and conditions) no response, rang US customer service number, disconnected.
I have now had 2 payments fraudulently made to my card. Needless to say, card is now gone!!!!!!!!!!!
I have returned product with letter advising request for refund, but even with Florida Attorney-General intervention I do not expect anything.

This is the worst company to deal with. Placed the order today and did not know I was going to be charged 99.97 to be rebated to me later only after completing the first two installment payments. Was only told $1.49 to shipping. What a SCAM!! Tried to call to cancel and I guess they can’t understand what that means because they just kept on trying to lower the price and reading the terms and conditions and would not shut up! Then tried to transfer me to a supervisor only to stay on hold forever until you hang up. After the third attempt finally waited for the supervisor and had to deal with the same as before. Very irritating. Are they that hard up for money? She then said she will send me an e-mail and to follow that link an very detailed and crazy instructions to follow once I get it. I think they want you to mess that up so that they don’t refund you the money. From what I’ve read after the fact, people did not get the so-called e-mail so this ought to be interesting. Can’t believe there are companies out there so hard up for money that they don’t care what they do to people who are barely making it and want to lose weight and trying a so-called trial period for shipping only. What a bunch of self-centered nuts!
This is a web site that will take your money. They will not refund your money and they charge a courtesy charge of $1.49 for visiting their web site. I sent an email today saying that if everyone charged a courtesy fee no one would be using the internet.

I ordered this item and decided against using it. I made an attempt to contact the company with more of the same as when you call a company that pushes a bogus product. I checked my account 1 week later only to discover that they’ve charged an additional $87.41 to my account in addition to $1.49 for the free trial. I wish I had seen this site before I placed the order. Unfortunately it appears that I too will not be receiving a refund. I suggest that we all alert everyone on our email address book, facebook, twitter, etc, about this company and their product. Just another incident to confirm nothing in this life free except Salvation!
I am currently going through the same ordeal. I called them today to cancel my order, and when cust. serv. finally picked up, it was the same deal. She just kept going on, and on about the darn product, and trying to lower the price. I told her I was not interested in listening to what she had to say, and demanded to speak to a superviser. Well, surprise, surprise! On hold for over a half an hour on speaker phone. I knew no one would pick up, put I had to try. I am going to my bank in the morning and asking them to cancel my card. I have yet to recieve the crappy pills I thought would help me. I think I am safe in assuming that the pills will be just as good as their business! What a bunch of thieves!!! I can’t even send out my rent check, because I don’t know what to expect, and I don’t get paid for another 2 weeks!!!!

They are scam artists in India or something. I called to cancel and they said they’d send me an email confirming that. They went fm I will send you the cancel email now to you must be patient to please wait 24 hrs. Its been 4 days! I just called & the number is all of a sudden busy & or disconnected. What a damn scam.
DO NOT fall for this! I have also had the same experience. Received a charge for $87 but never received the product and also paid more than they stated for the shipping and handling. Now the number is disconnected or “all circuits are busy” all the time!

This company is a definite rip off. Lost almost $200.00 and no product. Finally cancelled card. Phone calls to this company does not resolve anything. I don’t even think they are in this country. I have most certainly learned my lesson. It is most unfortunate that there are people out there that take your money and then have no qualms about not sending the product or refunding you. They should be a wealthy company.
The risk free trail of ColoPure and Maxinum Burn just cost me over $400.00. I emailed, called the Customer Service and had to listen for 2hours of old scratchy music and no rep. to offer service. They are not responding by email or taking calls. I they keep charging credit care cancel and get another one. We must put a stop to this scam. Let everyone know. Useless product, a ripe off.
