I used the trial bottle and contacted them to cancel any additional shipments. I am now returning to sender my third bottle and they continue to charge my credit card $79 each month, even though I have disputed all of the charges. The company is definitly a scam. So I called customer service to return the product but a lady called ‘Heather’ told me that it usually took 2 months to see results. She said I should finish off the first bottle and another bottle will be delivered to me and I only had to pay a total of $48.72 for the 2 bottles. The offer was a good deal so I agreed to pay $48.72 for 2 bottles of Certified Acai to try for 2 months to see results. The amount was charged to my credit card account promptly. Unfortunately, the second bottle never arrived! After 2 weeks of waiting, I called customer service and another lady told me that there was no such offer of 2 bottles for $48.72!!!! Obviously the fake offer was to stop me from returning the first bottle and to make me pay $48.72 for it!
