I did not exercise at all and continued my daily regime of attending classes and going to work. I lost 10 pounds in one week. i got so excited that i recommended it to all of my friends and my mother. my mother lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks. Now when i want more i cant find it! someone please help me find it again because the stuff works. It was well worth the money! I wish i hadn't canceled it and i wish i hadn't shared my vitamins with friends so they could try it. I recieved it took it loved it! It gave me so much energy that i had trouble sleeping, but didn't care. I felt great. I canceled do to cost and it hurt my tummy a little. I have tried other brands at drug store and none workd like this one.
