Ive been trying to get this fradulent product cancelled for weeks now. Please do so and do not try to charge me as I will fight you to the end. Your company ought to be disgraced for the horrid way you have deceived and cheated people not only with this product, but also the way its advertised. You reap what you sow! This cancellation applies to any and all Acai berry products I ordered including colon cleanse.
in those same small print terms and conditions it states under “How did I become enrolled in the VIP Program?”:
“the customer reserves the right at any time to cancel future shipments” but nowhere are there any instructions of who to contact and how to go about it. I have emailed to both RMA and customer service with my request to cancel, no response so far.
I request information on how to cancel all future shipments.
I could not find a way to get thru to cancel, either. A recorded meesage during “business: hours, nothing on the website, the site I went to said “2 week” trial, which is differnt from 14 days. Couldn’t get thru until the day AFTER trial period over,Got took. Don’t deal with this company. Thet are cheats, and the product does not work.

I never received my free trail offer. Cancel any future orders before I am charged. No confirmation number was given when I signed up. It is impossible to contact company by phone. I will also mail a cancellation letter. If I am charged for this product I will report your company to the BBB.

This outfit is a fraud. They advised customers that if they are not satisfied with the product to cancel within 10 days, go to the site rma@acai-fit.net to get an RMA # but there is no way to get the number. I have tried for days to call all the numbers on the site but everything I got was a music. How can I get them to cancel when I can’t get thru with any of the dirtections they gave. People be ware Acai-fit is a scam. They have supposed to be live customer service but all u get is for them offering you to order. I sent them also a cancellation but got to nowhere. I am just one of the many unsatisfied customers. I ordered in October, cancelled in October, attempted to obtain a RMA in which I was told I didn’t need one and to not worry about sending it back.
