i just started taking the pill last wed. since i received it mon. afternoon. how often are you suppose to exercise? I have an anerobics class twice a week. Is that enough? I also try to walk more sometimes i guess to boost the pills in helping me loose weight.

well i just bought this acai berry pills and cleanser i guess i’ll see if it works,ive heard its the best way to loose the weight u need too, i think the reason it didnt work on some ppl was cus they probably ate excessivly and expected results right away if ur gonna b on a diet eat healthy and exercise dont over do just cus ur takin this pill dont mean its gonna make a miracle by its self u gots to put ur part to make it work.
