This is suppose to be a free trial base. I did not want my card billed auto. I have been trying to cancel since I received the first shipment. I have sent at least 5 e-mails and have attempted to talk to the customer service at least 3 times. The line was busy, the person didn't seem to under stand what I was talking about or they were to busy for me to stay on the line. My card is limited and soon I will run into problems. I ordered both the Acai Berry Breeze and Colon Cleanse after seeing ads online. Both were "free" 60-day samples and cost only $4.95 each for shipping--a good deal. I received no confirmation of my orders and the charges didn't go through right away, so I looked online again and read some horror stories about customers being sent additional shipments for the full price of $60-90 per month because they didn't cancel immediately. So when my product arrived, I looked for the cancellation instructions, but there were none. I immediately emailed the company and said I didn't want any additional supplies, and they responded that they would cancel my order, but I needed to return the unused portion. If I kept it all, it would cost me only the "bargain" price of $33.95 each. I am taking it along with Nature Cleanse. The only thing I feel with Nature Cleanse is that I am really thirsty. I feel like I am more regular than before, which is good. However, I have not had any major changes as other people say they do. I have changed the way I eat. I actually dont have that much of an apetite with the pills. I will continue taking them for the rest of the month and hopefully I see more results.
