These guys are a complete fraud. I ordered the free trial product and they keep sending me additional product that I have not authorized and charging my visa. They also have no contact info that I could find to cancel this.
This is ridiculous.
I have also been duped, they took out £85 out of my account before I had even received the product and had the chance to opt out of the 14 day trial. Has anyone received their money back yet???

Ioerder your so called FREE samples, thinking that I would try them as I am really trying to lose 20 pounds or more. What I did not know and it was NOT made clear anywhere, until AFTER you had made your so called FREE sample was that your company was going to charge an addtional whopping charge of from $43.61 to $57.90 if you did not respond back to your company within a certain very short period of time. Actually this information does not even show up until after you have given your company your credit card information and agreed to pay the low shipping and handling cost. Then as the person purchasing your product makes a copy of the purchase information up comes this information about this outrageous continued purchase price. Personally I think your company uses misleading advisering with the “FREE SAMPLE” to then come back and charge persons who have bought into the “free sample” gig, to stick them with an outrageous addtional fee. I called your company about this problem several weeks ago, and was asured by your phone representative that MY credit card would be reimbursed for the addtional fees of 443.61, 4%7.90, and $43.61. As of yet this has not been done, which leads me to know that I will have to pursue this with the BBB. My credit card company has informed me that you have made no attempt to reinburse my account, even though I was given a personal thumbs up that all would be taken care of. So beware all you folks out there. First the Power Cleanse is going to cost you an additional $43.61 and the Acia berry compound is going to cost you an addtional $57.90. AND the company producing these products do not tell you that the get up and go feeling you get is NOT from the ACIA Berries but from the green tea that is mixed in with it, that is coch full of caffine.
Would like to cancel my order and further orders until I have approval from my doctor…..I cant fine a phone no. to do this…email is better for records………….
